📖 About Chamomile

The gentle healer. Chamomile is the herb you reach for when the world feels too much — a cup of golden warmth that says "rest now, everything will be alright."

⚕️ Uses & Remedies

Digestive support, sleep aid, anti-inflammatory, gentle enough for children. Use as tea, in baths, as a hair rinse, or infused in oil for skin irritation.

🌱 Growing Tips

Direct sow seeds in early spring — they need light to germinate, so press into soil surface without covering. Thrives in full sun to part shade. Self-seeds generously once established. Zones 3–9.

🔬 Preparation Notes

Harvest flowers when petals begin to fold back from the center. Dry on screens in a warm, airy space. Use within one year for best potency. The tea should be steeped covered to keep volatile oils from escaping.

🕯️ Spiritual Reflection

Chamomile is humility in a flower. Small, unassuming, easily overlooked — yet it holds within it the power to calm a racing heart and settle a troubled stomach. God often works the same way: quietly, gently, through the smallest things. "He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul." — Psalm 23:2-3
